- A way to speed up the internationalization
- Exchange with experts and other startups
What does the Tour Program look like?
Next year’s program is divided into four phases: EXPLORING, CHALLENGING, CONNECTING and EXTENDING. Every single phase contains their specific programs and events. The German-Danish Chamber of Commerce will select up to five danish startups to participate in the Tour.
#Exploring: In January 2024 (exact dates to be determined), nine webinars will be hosted, where startups will learn useful information about North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) as a location, its diverse industries and how to do business successfully in Germany/NRW.
#Challenging: A one-way ticket to Germany! This pre-competition consists of five regional pitch competitions: North and South America, Europe, Africa, MENA and Asia. In German-Danish Chamber of Commerce we will choose five startups to participate in the digital pitch competitions. The winners will be given the opportunity to travel to Germany/NRW and take part at the on-site program (Phase 4).
#Connecting: This phase is the heart of the Start.up! Germany Tour – the main program, which will take place mainly online from April 14th – April 16th 2024. Through reverse pitches, matchmaking and talks, all five startups will get to know exciting companies, accelerators, investors and institutions.
#Extending: One finalist from each country will receive additional program on site exclusively. Here they get the opportunity to extend their experience about details for a market entry, cooperating in tech clusters or finding the right industrial partner or investor for their corporate purpose. More detailed information will be provided in spring 2024.
