On May 14, the German-Danish Chamber of Commerce hosted a meeting "Netværk i fokus" in cooperation with Robert Bosch where we got an insight into their daily challenges and approaches.
Stress is a growing public disease. Every day, 35,000 Danes are on sick leave because of stressful working conditions, a big cost to both the company and the society.
In cooperation with our member Robert Bosch A/S, we invited to a networking event on 14 May, where Bosch's Nordic HR Director Jan Gerding talked about their stress policy. Bosch has worked with stress reduction among employees since 2006.
